“Awesome for Credit Card Transactions“
“Divvy makes reviewing transactions super easy! The search bar can search card holders, card numbers, merchants, and transaction amounts. You can even see what location the card was charged at. Anytime I have a question or problem, the Divvy chat associates reply fast. You can also set up rules for expense categories/departments depending on who used the card or what merchant was paid.
I always mark as reviewed transactions that have been looked at. There is a spot to drag and drop the receipt image and a “Notes” box, which you can enter in comments for future reference. We have also integrated Divvy with our accounting software Netsuite, which allows us to sync transactions from Divvy to Netsuite with a click of a button.”
